Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 48 hrs from the date of delivery of the products. Once we receive the returned item Trupressed will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law 222 passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account post processing the cancellation request if order is cancelled before the shipment or after products are received back and verified at our warehouse if product is returned. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Shipping & Payment Policy

We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Trupressed ensures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES (based on selection) All domestic orders within the city are delivered for free of charge.

DELIVERY TIME This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner, We will process all the orders on the same day for orders received before 06:00PM, orders placed after 06:00PM will processed next day.
